When I reply to or forward an email, punctuation marks other than a period (i.e colon, semi-colon, apostrophe, quotes) and extra spaces are replaced with ??? How do I fix this? David

Try changing your font to something unicode enabled. Arial is not.

I changed to a Unicode font and that fixed the problem with respect to punctuation marks but it still puts in ?? if there is more than one space between words.
