Good Morning............This pop up keeps popping up all the time while i am trying to work on my laptop it is very worrying and annoying, i can still work while this pop up is on the screen but i have to click the ok on it multiple times because there are so many of them, hope you can help me ?............Alan.

We're sorry to hear that this is happening. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your issue.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

confession--I've been killing firefox, after current tab goes BLACK. Switching to another open tab causes it too go black, and so on for each open tab. (>30 open tabs.) The exception report is left on the screen after firefox disappears. Kill done with "Whats Running".
