I am an 82 year old senior. I am not technologically adept. I have a Samsung cell phone - android and a computer I use and want only Mozilla Firefox and Yahoo.

My problem is: I do not know how to get "google" out of my phone and computer. Until yesterday I was able to use "Chat GPT" directly. Today, when I click on the "chat GPT" icon, GOOGLE PLAY STORE DEMANDS I SIGN IN

My question is: HOW CAN I GET COMPLETELY RID OF GOOGLE FROM MY PHONE AND COMPUTER AND USE ONLY MOZILLA FIREFOX AND YAHOO?

How can i change bookmarks menu so it will close after choosing. Ive searched and only found option to stay open, (Option to not close menu when opening new tab)... Not what im wanting, I want to open bookmarks choose and have it auto close the side bar of bookmarks. Maybe even auto closing the link folders opened. Windows 11.

When uploading files with Firefox, I click the upload button, and the file browser window appears to upload files.

For as long as I can remember, it always defaulted to the last folder location that I uploaded a file, but just a few days ago, it stopped working, and always defaults to my home folder.

How can I make the upload window pop up, default to the last uploaded location? My OS is Linux Mint Cinnamon.

Anytime I open Firefox that pop-up shows, I don't want F-fox opening every time I start PC but there's no option to get it to go away otherwise, or at least that I can see.
