latest firefox is blocked by quickbooks. new computer, new firefox
New computer, latest version (downloaded today) of firefox. Quickbooks corporate account blocks opening on firefox, saying "please update your browser" Tried Explorer, no problem opening with them. I always bookmark and use Firefox, and don't want to have to use another browser just for quickbooks. Where is the incompatibility?

Hello jamesadkinson, if you write this question from your pc with the latest firefox version(the one you mentioned) then your user agent said that you have 21.0 version (User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:21.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/21.0) and the latest firefox version is 28.0. !
Check your version, write in the location bar about: and click enter. Is 28.0 the latest ?
