захожу на сайт пишет у вас заражен компьютер вирусами и выглядит как папка мой компьютер и начинает сканирование и говорит куча вирусов у вас и не закрывается

я не скачивал ничего и знаю что это картинка а и не реальное сканирование а просто закрываю но только через диспетчер задач мне хочется узнать есть способ оградить себя то таких сайтов?
