Firefox v11, 12, 13 Scrolling Freezes/Stops Mac
While scrolling with my mouse or trackpad, scrolling constantly stops. The only way I can begin scrolling again is to touch the scroll bar with my mouse, and click and drag, this reactivates it temporarily, and then it cuts out again within seconds.
My buddy at work with the same setup has the exact same problem

In Advanced panel > General tab > Browsing > UNCHECK Use smooth scrolling, click OK to save it, exit firefox and restart it, and test it again.

Same issue here with FF 13, also it seems to becoming worse and unfortunately unchecking "smooth scrolling" doesn't resolve the problem permanently. However tried FF 14 Beta' and found it does not' seem to have this problem.
