When I try to open firefox, I get this message: "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. Try closing the program or restarting your computer." When I push Ctrl+Alt+Delete, firefox is not listed in my programs or processes that I can see. I have restarted the computer several times and still get the same error. Help! I don't want to use Internet Explorer!

Oh dear! That sounds quite frustrating. I would try uninstalling Firefox and then downloading and installing it again. Hope that helps.
