I can't switch windows
I can't go to "Windows" in the menu and click on another window to open it. For example when I try and view source of a page, nothing happens. I can see the title of the source page in the Window menu, but when I click on it, it does not open. This with any new window, error console, "File->New Window", etc.

It seems to come from a problem with the pinned tabs
