Using 4.0 I can go to a "full screen view" mut I cannot return to a normal view. esc does nothing. Any Ideas?

There are two ways to get out of full screen mode. One is to press the F11 key on your keyboard, which should immediately leave full screen mode. The other is to move your mouse to the top of your monitor, which should make Firefox's navigation bar appear. You can then click the Restore button, which should be at the top right.
