I can't find my navigation/menu bar?

I can't see the navigation bar or the menu bar anymore. I don't know what i did, but it disapeared. If i right click on the top of the page, there's nothing that will fix it.

Once the menu bar is back, you can use the Toolbars entry in the View menu to display other toolbars.
