I can print the first page of a website or e-mail but I cannot print any subsequent pages. How can I fix?

Whenever I try to print an e-mail or website information, the print routine prints ONLY the first page. The print menu as shown on your support page for printing is as you show. The "All" pages button is lit up but when I click "print" only the first page prints. (I do not have this problem on Safari or Office.

There are a few long standing Bugs in Firefox that cause that to happen. Two of those Bugs have been fixed for Firefox 4, which should be released in February.
