I am unable to print using Epson Artison 800. I can print from Internet Explorer.
When I am in Firefox, the the ink levels on the preferences screen of the printer are blank. There is ink, and I am able to print from other sources.

I would recommend doing the Reset mentioned on that page, but make sure you reset all the preferences for that particular printer.

The Location bar is where you type a web address. It's also known as the URL bar or address bar in some applications.
