Installed Windows 11 and Thunderbird! Not all of Thunderbird transferred
I recently bought Windows 11 a Friend loaded 11 and Thunderbird for me! Not all of Thunderbird transfered, I'm missing 8 t0 10 separate folders and all of my Email address! Can you help me! Thanks Danny Dimperio

The problem is that we don't know what your friend did. The fact that folders are missing confirms that the transfer was not done correctly. If the old PC you transferred from is still available follow these steps:
BACKUP
- ensure thunderbird is not running
- enter %appdata% in search window on task bar and press Enter key
- this should open windows file explorer in Appdata\roaming folder
- highlight the Thunderbird folder and copy to external media
RESTORE
- ensure thunderbird is installed, run once, and NOT running
- enter %appdata% in search window on task bar and press Enter key
- delete the thunderbird folder
- you should be in Appdata\roaming folder , copy&paste the exported Thunderbird folder there.
- start thunderbird and all should be there
