want to run 1 filter on inbox and on spam on the other filter
have 2 filters. want to run 1 on inbox and on spam on the other filter. Cannot enter different folders. When I change one of the filters in the run filter on they other filter changes the value in the run filter on to what I put in the previous filter. How can I have 2 different folders in 2 different filters

Run the spam filter via TB Menu Bar > Tools > Run Filters on Folder. Presuming the filters are different, that will run both filters, but only the one that applies to spam will be carried out.
(Most don't see the top Menu bar (https://i.imgur.com/OTvCzJ6.png), as it's hidden by default.
