I am interested in using the new split view, but the article doesn't provide any information on how to use it. I don't see it in any of the menu options.

Question on how to access split view. I looked under VIEW and other tabs, it is nowhere to be found.

Also I have difficulty making payments on my county tax site, had to switch browsers. This happened with Fidelity also, their rep recommended not using Firefox.
