I just received this on my iMac: “You have an unsent crash report related to crashes being investigated, etc.” Following this, I ended up with page after page of information and options. This is dense and confusing and many options seem like they're asking me to provide information or choose certain things that may create serious and damaging situations. I don't like it and I don't even know if it's legitimate. You have no phone support. With all this confusion I am considering moving on to another browser. Also there is no call centres or such to do direct support by phone, chat or email or a free to download and use web browser. Even if only provided in North America and not globally. None of the other web browsers does direct support either for regular users. Some including Mozilla does however do direct support options for organizations who pay for it.
