Folders will not delete
I have a few folders I need deleting.
They do not appear in my webmail (mailserver) but do in Thunderbird - I have tried so many methods on your forums, but nothing is working - can you help?

We fixed the issue - we edited the folder names taking out the > symbol and all the messages came through :-)
