Account Disappeared
At startup, Firefox starts with an account setup screen. I have been using current setup for 3 years. Tried troubleshoot mode to no avail. Had same problem 3 years ago.

Hi,
Try switching to different profiles. The simplest explanation is that Firefox has for some reason created a new profile, but in that case your old one should still be there.
