Click on the application menu (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of an opened Firefox window -> More tools -> Customize toolbar -> select Title Bar at the bottom of the window -> click Done.

not working, in 150.0.01 (or 150.0.0), seems FF is overriding that setting
