Missing folders in Thunderbird Windows vs. Thunderbird Android
I am using Thunderbird across multiple devices. Generally this works well, but I recently created a new sub-folder in my Inbox whilst on my Thunderbird Android account (v13.0) and moved a number of messages into it. That sub-folder is missing when I return home and open my desktop installation (140.5.0esr 64-bit). At home I am running Windows 11 Pro v25H2.
Is there something obvious I can do to bring this sub-folder and its contents into my desktop Thunderbird set-up?
I tried adding the sub-folder manually on my desktop Thunderbird installation but the folder would not appear.
Help appreciated.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it did not solve the problem.
In case it helps anyone else, here is the solution:
I checked both Thunderbird and Outlook on both my Android phone and Apple iPad. The missing folder was present.
I tried to create the folder manually in Thunderbird, which said the 'folder already exists'. This gave me a clue to the solution.
I use a personal domain and email address. Therefore I next logged onto the webmail service that forwards my messages. On looking in Folder Management in the settings I found the new sub-folders I had created were present, but were not ticked for synchronization. As soon as I ticked them, they appeared everywhere.

Log onto your website account. If it is not there, there then account is local to the Android device. To be on the PC, both must be using IMAP accounts and the folders must be within the account.
