Q1 How do option 1 and option 4 differ exactly?

Q2 What will option 5 do exactly. Would it be the same as option 4 but also allow future, currently unknown <website>, for emails from the same <email address>?

1. (1) allows all remote content for all sites listed for that message only. (4) allows remote content from all sites listed in (1) for any future messages.

2. I believe so.

That is a helpful answer but does solve one part of the problem. Where in the source code is this dialog programmed? than I can look for my self.
