I'm unable to access my emails accts.
I'm having problems getting Thunderbird to install. I've used it for a number of years and very happy with it but now it's giving me fits. I made 3 donation last year and it almost immediately quit working for me.

Thunderbird working oder not working does not depend of any number of donations. Can you be more explicit about "almost immediately quit working for me"? Did anything unusual happen just before like a PC crash or a TB crash?
Actually when you start Thunderbird do you see a window like my picture below in which TB asks you to "Set up Your Existing Email Address"? Or does Thunderbird freeze and become unresponsive?
