How do I access the cloud for my previous computer date

There is no cloud save for Firefox browser/Mozilla sync this is only to sync between active devices to sync server to another device. Sync isn't made for backups. When you signed in again without the date that was from previous it wipe any sync server data with the new sync rendering any sync server data gone. Whomever did your reinstall is responsible to find that missing data now.
