How do I change the height dimension of my toolbars?
My toolbars are too wide in height, taking up 1/3 - 1/2 of my screen, and the pop-ups narrow my screen in height to where I can only read one or two lines of text at a time. (I am sure that using larger fonts is part of the problem. But my old eyes prefer a font size of 14 and above.)

Hi Michael!
Could you share a screenshot about your current setup so we can suggest more precise setting changes? Changing UI density, disabling specific toolbars, and quite a few other settings may help, but it would be easier if we knew exactly the current state of things.
