Spam message appears in search but nowhere else - can't delete it - thoughts?
Came across this well known spam message in my gmail inbox today, but it only shows up in search.
I logged into the web interface for the gmail inbox and search there doesn't find it.
I deleted the local folders and re-installed - still there.
Thoughts?

Is this Global Search in Thunderbird? If so, try to rebuild the global database. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/rebuilding-global-database
