I've lost the top menus (File bookmarks etc that use to run along the top) How do I get them back?

If you right-click on the 3 bar menu or a tool bar, you should be able to tick the box alongside Menu Bar.

Thanks a lot fixed - I'd not altered anything but suddenly changed after a PC crash.
