Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

It is possible that the website no longer supports your Firefox 52.9.0 version and requires a newer Firefox version. In that case you are out of luck since your Windows XP platform is no longer supported and you can no longer update beyond Firefox 52.
