Unable to report Thunderbird bug due to website malfunction in Bugzilla signup. "Password does not meet our guidelines" is false, multiple times.
1. My 12 character passwords that I have tried all have minimal repetition and have capital letters, lower case letters, and numbers. Nonetheless Bugzilla will not let me sign up.

This is not a place where you can get support for Bugzilla. Those are discussed here https://www.bugzilla.org/support/
This is a place where you can get support for Thunderbird. So perhaps we could get onto your Thunderbird issue, which is probably not a bug. Just because it is not functioning as you think it should, or how previous version did does not automatically make it a bug.
