Printing issue firefox on windows 10
I just purchased a HP Envy Laptop with Windows 10 and can't print documents from the Web. I can print using Chrome and from my computer programs.
I also have a laptop with Windows 7 and have no problems printing documents from the Web with Firefox.
Since Firefox is my preferred browser and Envy Windows 10 is my preferred PC, I would like to be able to print from the Web and needed.

Thank you for your response. When I try to print, the dialog box shows: - Microsoft XPS Document Writer - One Note for Windows 10 - Officejet 6700 (That is my printer at another city and state).
- The HP Officejet Pro 8720 does not show.
I then select Find Printer and asks me to enter a printer in the network. Nothing shows there.
I can print from Excel, Word, etc. as well as from the Web with Google Chrome.
Just figured out the problem. It was mine. All I had to do was scroll right to see other printers to select including the HP 8720. DUMB.

Hi lougonza, what happens when you try to print from Firefox? Is there a specific error message? Or none of your printers are visible in the Print dialog? Or...?
