Just loaded FirefoxPrivateNetworkVPN - When turned on, I loose Internet access. Network settings?
Internet connection is fine so long as VPN is OFF. As soon as I turn VPN ON, Internet connection disconnects. Tried turning all Webroot firewall functions off, with no success. Tried turning all Windows Defender functions off, with no success. Tried adding Network Client Features to FirefoxPrivateNetworVPN, with no success. Tried adding Network Protocol Features to FirefoxPrivateNetworVPN, with no success. Unable run suggested diagnostics from within VPN due to Internet disconnect.

To confirm, this is for the browser level FPN right? Or do you have the device-level protection VPN installed?
Hi Eve - Thanks for your reply! Sorry, I'm not sure what the device-level protection involves? All I have installed is primary file that comes down from the link when you first sign up for the service - and that install was just on my Win10Pro 64bit Dell Precision T7600 desktop. Does that answer your question sufficiently?
