Why when FPN fails to connect to the service, do the free minutes still get used up?
After the FPN fails to connect, the countdown keeps going, I would think that a successful connection should constitute minutes being used.

This is a bug and is being filed for right now on bugzilla. I can update this thread when I have a bug number.
