I install the version Mozilla FireFox ESR 52.4.0 and tried to click help-> update option but its not updated . Its showing update failed and also some machine its showing firerfox is up to date.

Currently Firefox release higher version but the version which we have ( ESR 52.4.0) is not updating to highr version.

Can you please provide the solution.

The customer wants FireFox ESR 52.4.0 and needs to auto update enabled. When the user clicks help->update option it should update to latest version . Currently its not happening. Is there any solution.

Sometimes something goes wrong with the auto update Use the link I posted to get the current.

It is possible that updates have been disabled because the next ESR version (52.6.0) is about to be released alongside with the Firefox 58 release. You can try again later on Tuesday or on Wednesday.
