Hey, Is it possible to enter the name of a mailing list eg 'test' and have it shown in all BCC recipients email instead of the standard 'undisclosed recipients'

I have numerous mailing lists and it would be useful to have the recipients receive an email addressed to the particular name of mailing list, to which each member belongs, instead of all of them receiving the standard address form of 'undisclosed recipients'. I fully appreciate that it may not be possible but any comments or suggestions would be gratefully received. Thank you in anticipation.

I think you can have 'undisclosed recipients' removed by adding a To: address, such as your own, or adjusting a preference in the Config. editor. But you can't have TB send the name of the mailing list. Include it in the message body if necessary, or make the To: address 'listname <youremail>'.

A Mail Merge approach is another option.

Thank you for your comments sfhowes. I think adding the name of the mailing to the text in the circulated email would be the easiest and least problematical way of doing it. I shall do just that - thanks again.
