I used to receive but suddenly it has stopped. After I click "Get Messages" button it shows in the bottom "There are no new Messages to download". I have tried all options & checked all settings but it's not working. I have configured G-mail in thunder bird.

There was a problem with Thunderbird 52.2.0 in relation to Gmail, where Thunderbird couldn't download messages, but it has been fixed in Thunderbird 52.2.1. Please upgrade to the latest version. (Go to menu Help > About Thunderbird to upgrade.)

I have synced thunder bird with Gmail. I am not receiving all email in one go. I need to keep clicking 'get message' every now & then. Every time I click get message button it down loads about 7 - 8 messages & stops. Then I need to click get message button again. I have created message rules in Thunderbird to move messaged to particular folders in Inbox. I have kept settings of automatically checking E-mail after 5 minutes but it does not work.

2. Start *Windows'* safe mode with networking enabled - win10 http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/change-startup-settings-in-windows-10 Still In Windows safe mode, start thunderbird in safe mode - https://support.mozilla.org/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird Does problem go away?
