I am trying to create a new account. The File/New Account window tells me Sorry Can't find email address. I don't have a hover.com option. Now what?
I selected File/New Account. In the Would you like a new email address window, I've entered my name and clicked Search. I get a message that says Sorry, can't find email addresses. I've entered my new email address and I get the same message. There is only a gandi.net checkbox. Shouldn't I also have a hover.com check box.? What do I do now?

If you have an existing email account use Existing Mail Account instead of New Mail Account. If you want to purchase a new mail account from Ghandi us New Mail Account.
