I have set printer pre-set to 2-sided BUT FF insists on printing web pages 1-sided. What can I do?

I have been using FF for some years and never encountered this problem BUT recently as outlined above FF insists in printing single-sided. I have tried to reset preset, save preset, repeat 2-sided BUT someI have set printer pre-set to 2-sided BUT FF insists on printing web pages 1-sided. What cahow nothing seems to solve this simple problem. Maybe I am the simple one? Thanks.
