Archived Inbox, now need to know how to restore it. Mozilla help is useless

Set up folder named "Inbox" under Archive via "Help" advice backup the Inbox. Did manual archive of this folder. Now need to learn how to restore the folder. Posed question to the "Search Mozilla Support" and got list of responses that did not address this very simple question.

It's just a folder. You open it and read its contents like any other folder. You can copy or move messages from it back to other folders just like you do with regular folders. No special "restore" tools are provided or needed.
