Format problems
If I copy some text from a webpage into an email it always has a different format to that in which I normally write. Typically it is too big. This looks rubbish and I cannot fix it using any of the buttons in the formatting toolbar. Is there not a simple way to ensure that the formatting is consistent throughout my email?

If you copy paste from eg: Webpage or Word document etc, it will copy the formatting that was already associated with the text.
Try 'Edit' > 'Paste without formatting' or 'Ctrl' + 'Shift' + 'V'
