why can't we reorder our bookmarks?

I really don't understand why Mozilla won't add this as an option, most other browsers let you change the order of your bookmarks but not Firefox, I don't get why? For a mobile app to force me to have to use my laptop to sync my bookmarks into order is just a joke and makes it feel like I am still in the yeah 2000

I have spoken to the development team about this issue in the recent past and I am aware that bookmark management is a feature that is due to be included in a future release.
