How can I block access to saved passwords?
I set up a master password but I do not want the users to know the master password and have to enter it every time they login.

When a master password is used then it needs to be entered to unlock the passwords because the master password is needed to decrypt the names and passwords. There is no way to avoid this.
I don't know if using the keychain would help.
