Why can I not get email from one particular address ?

I am sending emails to several people and they get my message and reply......but I never see their message replies in my inbox......they are being blocked for some reason and I need to find out how I get their addresses cleared with the server so I can get messages from them. very frustrating.

Anyone please help me

Check with the sender whether he/she gets any error message when sending an email to you. Check your spam folder. If you use POP login to your account via webmail and check the spam folder on the server.
