toolbar cutoff: FIreFox 33.0.2

I am using multirow bookmarks toolbar 1.2 and the bottom is cut off so that it shows only 2.75 lines of saved icons. Since there is not an UPLOAD feature to post a pic, please see the below link:

I have the settings set to 3 for the number of toolbars to show but it is cutting off the top row of #3. If I move the toolbar to the bottom of the page/screen, all rows show as they should.
