I have email on my phone as well as PC. Thunderbird gives me an error message most times when I want to get mail that acct is locked by another session.
The full message is
"Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server pop-server.roadrunner.com responded: [IN-USE] account is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again."
Then I get "Login to server pop-server.roadrunner.com failed."
When I enter the correct password as requested I get the same messages again.
The email accounts are active, both through MyMail and the webserver site for Roadrunner.
Any suggestions?

Turn off your phone. Then figure out how to keep it from causing problems.
