after upgrade to 31 ALL my message filter rules are lost?
after the automatic update to 31.1.1 ALL my message filters are gone. Also almost all my old emails have disappeared. I tried to reverse the upgrade, but as soon as I signed back on, the thing updated itself again.
This sucks. I lost a LOT of important stuff. Did it get "compacted: to the point I can't find it or did it lose EVERYTHING?
Major bummer, and not exactly something that makes this software look good any more.
I am hurt and outraged, that shee was IMPORTANT to me.

are you saying the msgFilterRules.dat file in your profile for that account is empty?
Does right clicking a folder and selecting properties then repair (That re-indexes things) help at all
