Is it possible to set a 4 digit numeric password for a Mobil device, but not a pc or laptop

Are you trying to set a different password for a website on mobile compared to what you have on pc? If so this is not possible. The password is stored on the website server and run by the code on the site. The browser has no control over if your password is correct or not.
