Firefox opens file:// links instead of application
I set Windows explorer.exe to open file:// links, such as folders. Instead, Firefox opens them in a tab. How can I force them to be opened by the external application?

I found solution: set "network.protocol-handler.expose.file=false" to not be opened in FF; "network.protocol-handler.external.file=true" to allow external app; "noscript.fixURI=false" to not overwrite ".expose." settings by NoScript AddOn.
