This information is stored in your Firefox profile, along with other information that you may be interested in.

If you have only a few passwords the easiest method may be simply to view the passwords unencrypted in the password manager, and enter them as required on the other PC.

It is slightly more complicated to copy over the required files these are

  • key3.db
    • This file stores your key database for your passwords.
  • signons.sqlite
    • Saved passwords.
  • permissions.sqlite
    • Site-specific preferences ( as you mentioned your settings)

For a full explanation of how to do this see Recovering important data from an old profile

You may also wish to copy over bookmarks and History from the other PC, again this information is in the profile, but in this case it is easiest to copy over by manually making a backup copy and then importing that.
