Cannot find new windows, although they are listed under Windows menu item.

If I select New Windows from the File Menu, no new window appears, although it is listed in the Window Menu item.

If I drag a tab out of the Firefox window, no new window appears, although it is listed in the Window Menu item.

If I select Open Link in New Window, no new window appears, although it is listed in the Window Menu item.

Help! Looking for download to downgrade back to 3.x
