Firefox says my flash is vulnerable and needs updating. (15.0.0.223) But when I go to Adobe Flash website and check, it says I have 16 whatever and is current.

ALSO... please, how in the heck do I know what I should do with Java? Your 'update now' button does not help me in the least. It takes me to a page with all kinds of words that I do not understand and wants me to choose which update I need. No clue here.

Yes, it was the same in both destinations. Just showed the most recent Flash 16. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it and things seem to be much better now. And it no longer says my flash is vulnerable.

I typed in the about:plugins and I only see the one entry. You said I have multiples... where would I find them?

Yes, it was the same in both destinations. Just showed the most recent Flash 16. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it and things seem to be much better now. And it no longer says my flash is vulnerable.
