more options

OK seems like FF only i have this huge problem now cannot get flash player to stay after downloading into Fire fox i have to downlod or is it upload it every time to be able to see videos on any website.

I see others complain about crashing n stuff but i get crashes when playing games online like yahho poker games casino games and other games

I really do not want to install Chrome because Google invades privacy every thing i do in chrome can be found by others even if i came acroos a gay porn site while going through others i want to see!

So what's up with fire fox ? ONLY have this issue now it worked fine before with old flash player now cant get it. maybe remove NEW FF install older version for vista hmmmmmmmm think i'll try that !

When you have this problem, can you check the following:

(1) Firefox Add-ons page, either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Plugins. Is the Shockwave Flash plugins disabled (plugins set to "Never Activate" cluster at the bottom) or completely missing?

(2) Flash DLL folder (32-bit Windows):

C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash

Is the NPSWF32_11_9_900_170.dll file still present?

The connection between (1) and (2) is that Firefox scans the Windows registry for plugins installed outside of its own folders, then stores those in a data file named pluginreg.dat, and then displays them on the Add-ons page.

If this has become disconnected, when does it happen: when you exit and restart Firefox? when you shut down and restart Windows? on a schedule, such as overnight?
